The fun-filled, learning and contributing event has just concluded with many new faces joining in WordPress Community Ahmedabad.
The event kick-started with attendees collecting their passes at different registration booths. They were welcomed with exciting “Swags” as a token of love from the WordCamp organizers.
The day moved further with the incredible Speakers sharing their knowledge about different topics related to WordPress. A few among them were what are the different business challenges and opportunities that will come along with the launch of Gutenberg – fantastically explained by Aslam Multani, CTO of Multidots; various opportunities as a plugin developers, how to effectively launch a WordPress product, what are the different front-end tools for enhancing the DX for WordPress Development, etc. by other speakers at the event.
Different companies have put up their stalls organizing quizzes and distributing gifts to the winners.
Also, there were prizes for the best Tweets on social media from the Happiness bar.
In the evening, the organizers organized “after” party with the theme “Maharaja- Maharani” so that the community members can mingle with each other in a better way.
The second day was the contribution day – a day for the contributors to give their best to WordPress as a community. The contributing areas included Core WordPress, polyglots, WP TV, theme review, support, training etc.
Everything in the WordCamp was exciting including the delicious food.
The event concluded on a promising note to see one another in next WordCamp.
