Captive Service Centres are specifically developed to imitate the operating and servicing environment of client site non-domestically so that their expectations can meet up without sidelining anything they want. So, it’s more like an extended office for our long-term clients.
In the process of thriving to configure advanced infrastructure and trying to satisfy your project requirement, we are set up the resources with dedicated bandwidth, connectivity, IP telephony, communication lines, live monitoring systems, and excellent support mechanism.

An exclusively-set office is dedicated to serving as the captive development centre at Multidots from last 12 month. We can sense the success of this experiment already as our client is satisfied and has decided to extend the contract till 2019, for a period of 3 years.
We had engaged a highly proficient team of 12 specialized technocrats. This team involved Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly called Demandware) developers, Software Quality Analysts, and front-end developers which were also experienced in native mobile app development and front-end web application development.
